Listings The most basic type of advertising, listings include one image of your villa, a 125 character description and a contact e-mail form for you to receive enquiries directly. We offer two kinds of listing:
 - Premium Listings
Premium listings appear at the top of each location category, above all other listings and are offered on a first come, first served basis. They are ordered by sign-up date and highlighted to stand out and attract visitors to your villa.
 - Standard Listings
Standard listings appear below Premium listings. They are also ordered by sign-up date.

Villa Webpages For owner's wishing to maximise their exposure, we offer the same listing service as above but in addition, a dedicated webpage is provided for your villa on the website for visitors wishing to learn more about your holiday rental.
Your villa will have its own webpage address on our Florida Villas website and be packed full of information for visitors, including four images of your villa, a detailed description about your villa’s location, facilities, rental rates and a contact form for you to receive enquiries directly to your e-mail address. Webpages are also placed as Premium or Standard Listings in the location categories:
